Eastbank Flast sits on the east bank of the original Kern River diversion through the city. Committed to the cultural significance and to honoring the past through this work, Eastbank will celebrate the decades-long roots here of the first local Jewish congregation. Over a century ago, Congregation B’nai Jacob was formed in our region, and they called this site home for over sixty years.
